How to read this list

One consolidated list serves all four compound briefings, the comparison page and the FAQ. Numbering is shared, so reference ^[1] means the same paper wherever it appears — useful, because the head-to-head trial is cited on both the semaglutide and tirzepatide pages.

The list is weighted toward primary randomised trials and pooled analyses, with two clinical-reference sources included where a regulatory or drug-safety fact needed an authority rather than a trial. Where a claim on this site could not be traced to an entry below, the claim was written qualitatively without a figure rather than attached to an approximate source.
