# The Editorial Desk

> Editorial Desk — Metabolic & Weight Research Peptides — Correspondence for peptidemedsolutions, an independent briefing on Metabolic & Weight Research research peptides. Corrections and citation queries welcome; clinical questions cannot be answered here.

**CORRESPONDENCE**

Corrections and citation queries are welcome and are handled first. Clinical questions are not answered here, for reasons worth stating plainly.

## What the desk handles

Three kinds of correspondence get a considered reply.

**Corrections.** An error of fact, attribution or arithmetic is worth reporting. The most useful form names the specific claim, the page it appears on, and the source that contradicts it. Those get handled ahead of everything else.

**Citation queries.** Every figure on this site should trace to a numbered entry on the [references list](/references). If one does not — if a number appears without a bracket, or a bracket points somewhere that does not support the claim — that is a defect in the writing and it should be reported as one.

**Stale figures.** This field moves. A phase 3 readout can invalidate a paragraph overnight, and the outcome trials for [retatrutide](/retatrutide) will do exactly that when they report. Notice of a superseded result is genuinely useful.

## What the desk cannot handle

Clinical questions cannot be answered here, and the refusal is not a formality.

No one at this desk can see a patient, take a history, review a medication list, order a laboratory test, or carry responsibility for an outcome. Those four capacities are what make a clinical answer worth anything, and none of them survives the trip through an inbox. Questions about whether a compound is appropriate for a particular person, about what amount is right, about how to start or stop or combine anything, belong with a licensed clinician who has all four.

Requests for dosing schedules, titration plans, reconstitution or handling procedures, or sourcing information will not be answered either. That is a standing editorial position set out on the [about page](/about), and it does not have exceptions.

Vendor enquiries, affiliate proposals and link placements are declined without reply. This desk sells nothing and promotes nothing, and that is the condition on which the rest of it is worth reading.

## Reaching the desk

Correspondence: **editorial [at] peptidemedsolutions [dot] com**

Written to be read by a person rather than a form. Replies are not guaranteed and are not fast; corrections are prioritised over everything else, and a message that names a claim and a contradicting source will always be read.

For everything else, the four compound briefings — [semaglutide](/semaglutide), [tirzepatide](/tirzepatide), [retatrutide](/retatrutide), [tesamorelin](/tesamorelin) — the [comparison](/compare), and the [FAQ](/faq) are likely to answer it faster than this mailbox will.

---

A clinical-literature briefing on metabolic peptides: it reports what the trials measured and names what they left unresolved, and it neither practises medicine nor sells anything.
